Mission Statement
The mission of the USCA is to serve as the governing body for both recreational and elite archery competition in college. Its central purpose and role is to develop and maintain the resources and infrastructure that will support and grow college archery programs across the nation. The program is responsible for conducting the U.S. Intercollegiate Archery Championships, and also responsible for selecting collegiate archery teams to represent the U.S. at international events.

 Our Vision
The vision of the U.S. Collegiate Archery Association is to establish college archery as an integral part of the campus experience in as many colleges and universities as possible. The USCA works hard to ensure that beginning, intermediate and elite archers can enjoy the sport in college, and we strive to introduce archery to as many college students as possible.

Organizational Structure
The US Collegiate Archery Association is comprised of four regions: West, North, East and South. The organization is governed by a Board of Directors, which is comprised of a four Regional Directors, an At-Large Director, and two Athlete Directors. 

Team Members
 Executive Director Lorretta Sinclair, began as the publicist in 2005 under Bob Ryder.  Lorretta continued in that position as well as filled the roles of the webmaster, eligibility coordinator, and assistant director. Becoming the Executie Director, in 2008, Sinclair continued her leadership and vision for rebuilding college archery. A staunch advocate for college athletes in the archery community, Sinclair has worked diligently to secure funding for the program, and form strategic relationships with National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP), USA Archery, the National Field Archery Association, FISU and others to ensure the continued growth of the organization.

Membership & Eligibility Manager, JoDee Goetz, Events and Publicist Coordinator, Stella Chen, Riley Arnold who makes sure all events are placed on the caldendar, Coach Development Manager John Sahi, Director of Judges, Fray Gray, comprise the team performing the day-to-day operational tasks of the organization.
